Early voting allows all registered voters to cast their ballot in person prior to Election Day. No excuse or reason is necessary to take advantage of early voting.
Early voting for the 2023 CONSLIDATED Election:
Thursday, February 23, 2023 - Monday, April 3, 2023
Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
Saturday, April 1, 2023
8:00am to 12:00 p.m
Location: Randolph County Courthouse
Anyone who is NOT registered to vote in their current jurisdiction as of Tuesday, October 11, 2022, must register as a GRACE VOTER and vote at the designated early voting location.
GRACE PERIOD registrations must register AND Early Vote at the same time.
Grace Period Registration & Voting is available from Wednesday, March 8, 2023 through Election Day.
Vote by Mail applications can be obtained in person, by phone, or on-line (link below). Upon receiving the application, the voter completes, signs, and returns it to the election authority.
Once the voter registration status is verified, a Vote by Mail BALLOT will be sent to the address indicated on the application (your permanent address or another address). After the ballot is marked, it is returned to the election authority by mail or delivered in person.
If returned by mail, VBM Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day, April 4, 2023.
