It is the responsibility of the Assessor's Office:

To administer accurate, equitable and timely assessment of all real property in Randolph County. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Observing and abiding by the Illinois Department of Revenue and Illinois State Statutes
• Documenting finished evaluations for the County's Board of Review to aid in timely tax computation and billing
• Providing accurate taxpayer information and assessments through mail correspondence and publication
• Answering questions involving property calculation records
• Fair and equitable treatment for all property owner.
• Find, list, and value uniformly taxable property in the County
