Randolph County Animal Control
Randolph County Animal Control enforces state and local laws and ordinances to protect the safety and right of the public and the welfare of animals. Most work is performed in the field with considerable independence. We handle all bite cases in the county according to state law. Apprehension, control and confinement of loose, unlicensed, injured, abandoned or dangerous animals ... both domestic animals and livestock. We investigate reports of animal cruelty and vicious animals.
Earlier this month, Governor Rauner and members of the Opioid Overdose Intervention and Prevention Task Force launched a statewide Helpline to provide immediate assistance for those affected by addiction to opioids and other substances.
