We serve the citizens of Randolph County through the implementation of a county-wide, proactive approach to law enforcement. We utilize several cooperative, multi-jurisdictional, inter-agency agreements with other law enforcement and service agencies to provide full-spectrum protection to the residents of the county.
The Randolph County Sheriff's Office is the law enforcement department of Randolph County Government. Our staff includes:

Services
The Detective Division conducts criminal and narcotic investigations. Our patrol deputies provide county-wide coverage to serve and protect. We process summonses, subpoenas, mittimuses, warrants and wage deductions. The Victim Advocacy Division keeps crime victims informed. Our Courtroom Security Division provides armed security and bailiffs. Our correctional staff conducts inmate booking, detention and release, as well as jail safety and security. Gov. Rauner Launches 24/7 Helpline to Help Illinoisans in Crisis
Earlier this month, Governor Rauner and members of the Opioid Overdose Intervention and Prevention Task Force launched a statewide Helpline to provide immediate assistance for those affected by addiction to opioids and other substances.
