It is the responsibility of the Assessor's Office:
To administer accurate, equitable and timely assessment of all real property in Randolph County. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Observing and abiding by the Illinois Department of Revenue and Illinois State Statutes
- Documenting finished evaluations for the County's Board of Review to aid in timely tax computation and billing
- Providing accurate taxpayer information and assessments through mail correspondence and publication
- Answering questions involving property calculation records
- Fair and equitable treatment for all property owner.
- Find, list, and value uniformly taxable property in the County
Gov. Rauner Launches 24/7 Helpline to Help Illinoisans in Crisis
Earlier this month, Governor Rauner and members of the Opioid Overdose Intervention and Prevention Task Force launched a statewide Helpline to provide immediate assistance for those affected by addiction to opioids and other substances.
